| September 21, 2006 - 8:58pm | Ok, so now I realize that I was way too optimistic when I mistakenly believed that I'd update this little journal daily! ;) Anyhow, life has been hectic. Work is busy, life is crazy and my car decided to deal me a lemon. I might as well rant here since everyone else I know has had to listen to it... luv you all! So I had a half hour lunch at work yesterday and decided to grab something to eat. As I was coming out of the drive thru, I heard the loudest pop-bang-smash sound that I've ever heard. I honestly believed that I had been shot at! Instead, it was the driver's side window (yes, right next to my head!!) cracking into a million pieces. Holy crap, how does that happen?! At that point I was still looking for blood. Finding none, I decided that there was no way in hell I was going to get out of the car and instead drove back to work. I had someone there (thanks Michelle!) take pictures of my bad day and someone else (thanks Ted!) helped me take the broken glass out of the door panel. I then proceeded to drive down to the Mitsubishi dealer to have them comfort and reassure me that this should not have happened and they would fix it right away! Ummm, nope!! Instead, I was made to feel like I was a liar and a thief of their time. I cannot remember the last time I had a day as bad as yesterday. Nothing went right, everything went wrong and I get to pay $350 just to forget about it. I vow to never buy a Mitsubishi again, cross my heart and hope they die. It's a 2006 Galant by the way so make sure to smile at the next person you see driving one. Feel comforted because their day is probably going much worse than yours! =) Here are a few pictures of my misery:
